Terms of Use
Effective: July 17, 2026
These terms cover the Kindmemo iPhone app and this website. They are intentionally short. Kindmemo is a paid app with no Kindmemo account and no developer-operated backend for your relationship content. Optional synchronization uses Apple’s iCloud service.
App purchase and Apple’s EULA
Kindmemo is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless Apple or App Store Connect replaces it for Kindmemo, Apple’sLicensed Application End User License Agreementgoverns the app purchase and use on Apple platforms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the notes, facts, and other content you save in Kindmemo. You are responsible for what you store and for complying with applicable law when using the app.
Optional iCloud sync is not a Kindmemo service account
Sync with iCloud is optional and off by default. When enabled, synchronization uses your Apple iCloud account and Apple’s CloudKit service — not a Kindmemo-operated sync server or user account. Kindmemo does not guarantee iCloud availability, synchronization timing, or recovery from data loss.
JSON export for an offline copy
iCloud sync is synchronization, not a substitute for your own offline copy. Use Kindmemo’s user-initiated JSON export periodically if you want a file you control outside of sync. Export is separate from iCloud sync.
Website
This website provides product information, privacy and terms pages, and support details. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Provided as-is
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindmemo and this website are provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law.
